History of FARJA contracting
  • 1981: FadiAbouRahal obtained his Civil Engineering Diploma from “EcoleSupérieured’Ingénieurs de Beyrouth” (E.S.I.B.)- Beirut- Lebanon
  • 1982: he worked as a site engineer for 13 projects at Sted’EntrepriseMakaroun- Senegal
  • 1983-1989: FadiAbouRahal started working as an independent contractor for small and medium projects
  • 1991: Establishment of AbouRahal Contracting – beginning of implementation of big projects
  • 1992: AbouRahal contracting is qualified as a Contractor for the American Embassy of Beirut-Aoukar- Lebanon. Pursuit of many projects at site for the restoration of the compound for an area of approximately 1.7km², and obtention of many recommendations issued by the Admin and the American Ambassador in Beirut.
  • 1995: Construction of AbouRahal center in Zouk Mikael and expansion of AbouRahal contracting offices.
    AbouRahal contracting continued executing projects such as:

  • 1996-1997: Restoration of St-Elie monastery at Jeita- 4000m²
  • 1997: Villa Chammas at Ballouneh- 650m²
  • 1998-1999: Residential buildings at Kfarchima- 4500m²
  • 1999-2000: Villa Pierre Karam at Kartaba- 1100m²
  • 2000-2001: Restoration of St-Michael monastery at Bikfaya
  • 2001: Ballouneh 1729 project at Ballouneh
  • 2002-2004: Villa La Mabrouka at Yarzeh - 2500m²
  • 2003: Villa Jihad Sawma at Ghosta- 1000m²
  • 2003: Villa Fawaz at Ghassanieh- 4500m²
  • 2003-2007: Far Vision Commercial center at Sin El Fil- 13500m²
  • 2005-2006: Residential building atSafra (WadadBitar)- 2000m²
  • 2006: Fawaz Commercial Center at Choueifat- 3100m²
  • 2008-2009:: Ibrahim AbouRahal Center at Sin el Fil – 1800m²
  • 2008: AbouRahal contracting/ engineering offices moved to its new headquarters in Sin El fil, a wider space of ~980sqm due to the expension of the company.
